When Candis Lee joined QCD Charlotte as a receptionist in 2013, she had no idea that her career would take such an incredible trajectory. Drawn to the company by its founding story, impressive customer base, and consistent growth, Candis now serves as Assistant General Manager of the distribution center.

"QCD seemed like a place that would give me the career that I was looking for at the time," Candis shares. Little did she know that her journey would be filled with opportunities, growth, and unwavering support from her colleagues.

"I have always had the opportunity to learn about every aspect of different departments. This allowed me to have variety in my career path."
