QCD Career Story: Tyler Dirickson
From his start as an order selector to his current role as Assistant General Manager, Tyler Dirickson's career at QCD Denver demonstrates his unwavering dedication and leadership. After joining the Denver distribution center team in 2007, he quickly made a positive impression with his notable speed and accuracy in order selection.
As Tyler progressed through various roles, including Inventory Control and Warehouse Supervisor, his impact on operations grew exponentially. His innovative programs and process improvements helped reduce waste and streamline operations, while his leadership style fostered a culture of empowerment and support among his team members.
Tyler's success has resulted from his willingness to embrace change and take on new challenges. When presented with the opportunity to relocate to Salt Lake City, Utah and seve as Warehouse Supervisor, he recognized the potential to make a significant difference on a smaller team. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, Tyler's efforts contributed to the distribution center earning multiple customer awards.

When asked about what he enjoys most about working at QCD, Tyler says, “The people, culture, trust, and relationships I’ve built over the years, and the fact that I can reach out if I’m struggling to leaders and get an honest answer and direction in any situation.”
