QCD Charlotte Earns Quarterly Starbucks Service Efficiency Honors
In late July, Starbucks recognized QCD Charlotte for maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency in supporting Starbucks during the third quarter (April through June) of 2022. The Charlotte team earned top honors in the "Short/Tall" category for Starbucks' smaller distribution territories.

Starbucks' quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard results recognize the distribution centers among Starbucks' 34 U.S. territories that deliver consistent and balanced last-mile delivery services. Since 2015, QCD has earned more than 30 quarterly recognitions and eight annual Siren Awards from Starbucks.
