QCD Salt Lake City and Minneapolis Earn Starbucks Quarterly Service Efficiency Recognitions
For the fifth consecutive quarter, the team at QCD Salt Lake City accomplished the highest scores and earned quarterly customer recognition for its top performance in the "Short/Tall" category for Starbucks' smaller distribution territories. The three-time annual Starbucks Siren Award winner delivered the highest standards of service and efficiency during the third quarter from April through June of 2023. Additionally, QCD Minneapolis earned most improved for its results since last quarter.
“We applaud the exemplary performance and customer support that the Salt Lake City team continues to achieve so consistently with each passing quarter,” said Brande Bond, Group Vice President, Customer Service and Development. “We’re also so proud of the excellent progress that our Minneapolis distribution center team has made in delivering the difference for our customer stores in their market over this past quarter!”
Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard results recognize the distribution centers among Starbucks' 34 U.S. territories that deliver consistent and balanced last-mile delivery services. Since 2015, QCD has earned nearly 40 quarterly recognitions and 10 annual Siren Awards from Starbucks. Over the past two years, the customer has honored Salt Lake City with its annual Siren Award for consistently maintaining the highest quarterly scores in its category.
