QCD Salt Lake City Celebrates Fifth Consecutive Starbucks Siren Award
For the fifth consecutive year, QCD Salt Lake City earned top honors with Starbucks' annual Siren Award in the "Short/Tall" category, which highlights excellence among smaller distribution territories. Additionally, the team proudly secured the fourth quarter’s 2024 Distribution Excellence Award in the Grande category, recognizing the facility’s exceptional service and efficiency in supporting last-mile store deliveries.

Since 2015, QCD has achieved more than 50 quarterly recognitions and annual Siren Awards from Starbucks. This includes Salt Lake City’s honor for the fourth quarter (July through September 2024) in the Distribution Excellence Program, awarded for consistently balanced results in service and efficiency. Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard highlights top-performing distribution centers across 34 U.S. territories for delivering steady, dependable last-mile delivery services.
