QCD Salt Lake City Receives Starbucks Quarterly Service Efficiency Award


A three-time annual Starbucks Siren Award winner, the QCD Salt Lake City team has again received quarterly customer recognition this month from Starbucks for delivering the highest standards of service and efficiency. In providing solid customer support during the second quarter (January through March of 2023), the Salt Lake City distribution center achieved the top performance in the "Short/Tall" category for Starbucks' smaller distribution territories.

“Our team continues to successfully demonstrate our facility’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards for Starbucks stores in our region,” said Joshua Yakes, QCD Salt Lake City General Manager. “Congratulations to all of our Salt Lake City associates on achieving the top ranking in our category for three quarters in a row!”

Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard results recognize the distribution centers among Starbucks' 34 U.S. territories that deliver consistent and balanced last-mile delivery services. Since 2015, QCD has earned more than 30 quarterly recognitions and 10 annual Siren Awards from Starbucks. Over the past two years, the customer has honored Salt Lake City with its annual Siren Award for consistently maintaining the highest quarterly scores in its category.
