Starbucks Recognizes QCD Salt Lake City and Chicago East Teams with Quarterly Service Awards
This week, QCD customer Starbucks honored the Salt Lake City and Chicago East distribution centers with quarterly recognitions. Consistently demonstrating superior quality standards and exceptional service, Salt Lake City earned the top accolade in the “Short/Tall” category for Starbucks’ smaller distribution territories for the eighth consecutive quarter, just half of the facility’s all-time 16 quarterly recognitions. Additionally, Starbucks recognized Chicago East as the most improved since the last quarter.
“QCD Salt Lake City continues to set the highest standards and a leading example in supporting Starbucks so consistently quarter after quarter across the entire QCD network,” said Brande Bond, Group Vice President, Customer Service and Development. “Congratulations to Chicago East for the outstanding improvement in performance, which moved this large distribution center just one point away from earning the top honors in the Grande category this quarter!”
Starbucks’ quarterly Service Efficiency Scorecard results recognize the distribution centers among Starbucks' 34 U.S. territories that deliver consistent and balanced last-mile delivery services. Since 2015, QCD has earned more than 40 quarterly recognitions and 11 annual Siren Awards from Starbucks.
